Expedia Corporate Event: Hispanic Heritage Month
On September 16th, The Music Trust will be activating a Hispanic Heritage Month celebration for Expedia.
With every note and detail, the goals are to highlight identity, culture, and storytelling in a way that feels both dynamic and deeply aligned with the Expedia brand.
Oktoberfest at Aloft Hotel
On September 19th, The Music Trust will raise a glass (and the volume) at the Aloft Hotel, kicking off an Oktoberfest celebration filled with festive performances in an authentic atmosphere.
Locking in talent for this corporate event months in advance, The Music Trust has dialed in DJs, entertainers, live acts, and several extras to bring Oktoberfest flair to life with a distinctly modern twist.

A Carnival-Themed Anniversary at the Vanguard Hotel
On October 11th, The Music Trust is producing a dazzling “Karneval” at the Vanguard Hotel in Ann Arbor, MI.
This carnival-inspired event is for a brand that’s headquartered in Cologne, Germany and is celebrating its 25th anniversary in the U.S.
With a vibrant theme that serves as a nod to its European roots, this corporate event will feature:

Pediatric Cancer Fundraiser at The Claret
Some corporate celebrations aren’t about milestones, launches, or spectacle—they’re about significance.
On October 11 in Denver, The Music Trust will be part of the team activating a pediatric cancer fundraiser at The Claret.
Honored to support such a meaningful mission, our corporate events team is sourcing an experienced DJ whose sound will set the right emotional tone for a night where every beat helps fuel hope and donations.
We’re also providing AV equipment and behind-the-scenes coordination to ensure this event runs flawlessly.

The Midtown Bannockburn Labor Day Pool Party: On Labor Day, The Music Trust will close out the Midtown Bannockburn season with a members-only poolside set that blends sunlight, basslines, and laid-back vibes. A Riverside Swim Club Event: Transforming an outdoor space into an elegantly tented venue, The Music Trust will manage the full logistical setup and sound for an event at the Riverside Swim Club.
